A family-run business in Hevingham, just north of Norwich, selling Amazon FBA and return pallets, lost and unclaimed parcels, reseller mystery boxes and clearance stock to Amazon, eBay and online sellers. The family has been buying and reselling pallets for more than eight years.

What we built
People buying pallets to sell on want to know what is on them before they pay, and most of Norfolk Pallets’ sales start with a WhatsApp message asking for photos. The business needed a website that explained the kinds of stock it sells, let buyers pay for a pallet online by card, set out collection and UK-wide delivery clearly, and turned every visitor into a photo request without a long back-and-forth.
Webfreezee built a bold navy, orange and teal design around the Norfolk Pallets logo and real photos of loads in the yard and warehouse. The promise, that buyers see photos of the actual pallet before they pay, runs through every page. A three-question picker asks what the buyer is after, where they sell and whether they want collection or delivery, then opens WhatsApp with the message written for them. An online shop lists each pallet with its price and takes card payments through Stripe, and a four-step guide covers choosing a type, asking for photos, paying and collecting free from Hevingham or having it delivered anywhere in the UK for £70.
The finished website works perfectly on phones and brings together an online shop with card payments, pages for ten kinds of stock from high-end Amazon FBA pallets to clothing and electrical loads, a WhatsApp photo-request picker on the home and stock pages, how buying works with collection, delivery and the £50 deposit to hold a pallet, recent loads photographed in the yard, FAQs and a contact form that asks what stock the buyer wants and where they sell. Every page is set up so Google understands what the business sells and where it is.
The same four steps every business on this page went through.
