Is the website really free?
Yes. We design and build your website for free, and you can ask for changes before it goes live. You only start paying, £20 a month, once you’re happy and choose to go live.
What’s the catch?
There isn’t a hidden one. We earn our money from the £20 monthly plan once your website is live, so we design and build it first to show you what you’d get. If you don’t want to go live, you don’t pay anything. How free website design works.
What does it cost every month?
£20 a month once your website is live. That covers hosting, security, updates, help getting found on Google, your Portal and help from our team. Add-ons are optional: Customer Hub +£10, AI Chat +£10, Online shop +£5 and Bookings +£5 a month.
Do I pay anything before it goes live?
No. There’s no deposit, no setup fee and no card needed to get started. You see your website first.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay monthly and can cancel at any time. Your website stays online until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Will people find me on Google?
We help you get found, and it’s part of your £20 monthly plan. We set up every page so Google understands what you do and where you work: the words people really search for, a page for each of your main services, your town and phone number where Google looks for them, and a website that’s quick on phones. We’ll help you set up your free Google Business Profile too. Nobody can honestly promise you’ll be top of Google, but you’ll start on solid ground.
Can I change the website myself?
Yes. Log in to your Portal, click any words or photo on your website and change them. For a price change, just ask and we’ll update it. Nothing goes live until you press Publish, and you can go back to an earlier version. For new pages or a new layout, just ask us.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your website is yours: the words, photos, logo and your web address. If you ever leave after your first 12 months, we’ll give you a full copy of your website for free and help you move your web address. Leaving sooner? You can still take it with you by paying the rest of your first year.
How quickly will I see my website?
We send your first draft within 24 hours of getting the details we need, and you can be live within days.
Can I keep my web address?
Yes. We help connect the address you already have, or help you choose a new one, and we set up your business email. Domain registration is paid separately.
What if I want changes later?
Change words and photos yourself whenever you like, or ask us to do it. Everyday changes are included. Bigger new features may be quoted separately.
Where do my enquiries go?
Straight to your Portal and to your email inbox. Customers can leave an email address or just a phone number.
What is AI Chat?
An optional add-on for £10 a month. A friendly assistant on your website that answers visitors’ questions day and night from your own website and anything you add. When someone wants a person, it takes their name and an email or phone number and passes them to you. Up to 1,000 conversations a month are included.
