New Pallet Wholesaler Website for Norfolk Pallets near Norwich

Norfolk Pallets, a family-run pallet wholesaler in Hevingham near Norwich, now has a website with an online shop, a WhatsApp photo-request picker and clear collection and UK delivery. Here's what we built and why, with screenshots.

Norfolk Pallets is a family-run business in Hevingham, just north of Norwich, selling Amazon FBA and return pallets, lost and unclaimed parcels, reseller mystery boxes and clearance stock, mainly to Amazon, eBay and online sellers. The family has been buying and reselling pallets for more than eight years. Now Norfolk Pallets has a website that sells pallets online and turns visitors into buyers asking for photos.

Here is what we built, with screenshots from the live site, and why each part is there.

Lead with what a reseller cares about

People buying pallets are buying stock to sell on, so the homepage talks to them in their terms: improve your return on investment with return pallets and clearance stock. Underneath sits the promise that sets Norfolk Pallets apart, which runs through the whole site: ask, and they'll send photos of the actual pallet before you buy.

The design is bold navy, orange and teal, built around the Norfolk Pallets logo, with real photos of shrink-wrapped loads in the yard instead of stock images.

Show the kinds of stock, not a price list

Loads change every week, so a fixed catalogue would always be out of date. Instead, the homepage and stock page show the kinds of stock Norfolk Pallets sells, from high-end Amazon FBA pallets and unclaimed parcels to reseller mystery boxes, Whatnot smalls, clothing, electrical and Homcom pallets, each with a short description and a way to ask what's in now.

Three taps to a photo request

Most sales start with a WhatsApp message, so we made that message easy to send. A short picker asks three questions: what are you after, where do you sell, and collection or delivery. As the buyer taps, the message builds itself, and Send on WhatsApp opens it ready to go. Nothing is sent until they press send.

That means Norfolk Pallets gets requests it can answer straight away, with the right photos, instead of a vague "what have you got?".

Buy a pallet online

For buyers who already know what they want, there's an online shop. Each pallet has its photo and price, the shop filters by type, and buyers pay securely by card through Stripe, then collect or have it delivered. Every product page still offers photos of that exact pallet on WhatsApp first.

Collection, delivery and paying, said plainly

Buyers need to know how a pallet gets from Hevingham to them, and what it costs. The how it works page sets it out in four steps: pick a type, ask for photos, reserve and pay, then collect or have it delivered. Collection is free from the warehouse at Cobbleacre Park, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Tracked delivery anywhere in the UK is £70 a pallet and takes 2 to 4 working days. A £50 deposit holds a pallet for a week.

Real loads, photographed in the yard

When the product is a mystery, trust matters. The about page explains who's behind Norfolk Pallets, and shows recent loads photographed in their own yard and warehouse. The stock page is honest about condition too: unless a pallet is listed as brand new, it can contain customer returns, ex-display items or damaged boxes, which is exactly why they send photos.

Built for the phone in a buyer's hand

Resellers buy on the move. On a phone, the picker, the shop and the basket all work with a thumb, and WhatsApp and Call buttons stay at the bottom of every screen.

Behind the scenes, every page has its own title and description, and the site tells Google what Norfolk Pallets sells and where it is. That gives the business a sound footing in search. Rankings still take time, and we won't promise a position.

What wholesalers and online sellers can take from this

If you sell stock in bulk, or anything where buyers want to see before they pay, Norfolk Pallets shows what a good website needs:

  • Lead with what your buyer gets out of it.
  • Show the kinds of stock you sell, when exact stock changes every week.
  • Make the first message easy, and make it say what you need to know.
  • Let people who are ready buy online.
  • Spell out collection, delivery and payment before anyone asks.
